How it was built
Konvert Now is a SaaS product for property brokers that captures every lead and tracks it through to conversion — no spreadsheet, no lost follow-up. As a Software Engineer I carried its complete development: the Node.js and Express backend, the React and Bootstrap frontend, and the AWS Elastic Beanstalk, EC2 and S3 infrastructure it runs on.
The whole lifecycle sat with me — build, deployment, production support and server maintenance. Brokers sell on weekends and evenings, so the system had to stay up outside office hours, and issues were triaged with that reality in mind: reproduce, fix, deploy, verify, then harden so that class of problem could not return.
I assisted team members with their technical issues along the way, spreading what production support taught me — logging, backups, access discipline — back into how we built.

How the work ran

Single-threaded ownership from the first commit to production support: one person accountable for the backend, the frontend, the infrastructure and the pager. That concentration is what let a small team ship and sustain a complete SaaS product.

Support shaped development — every production incident fed back into build practices, deployment checks and monitoring, so reliability compounded instead of resetting with each release.
