Privacy Policy
What I store, why, how long, and how to ask for deletion.
This site is a personal portfolio. The only personal data collected is what you send via the contact form: name, city, phone, optional email, message and optional attachment.
Use: to reply to your enquiry. Legal basis: consent (you submit the form) and legitimate interest in responding. Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL, region configurable, default South Asia Mumbai) and sent via Resend email to pratiksdhabarde@gmail.com. Attachments live in a private storage bucket, never public.
Retention: enquiries are kept for 12 months, then deleted on request or by periodic cleanup. IP addresses and referrer metadata are kept only for spam prevention and debugging, never sold or shared for advertising.
Analytics: Google Analytics / Tag Manager and Vercel Analytics run by default in production to understand visits. No analytics requests are made without their IDs configured, so local development stays clean.
Your rights (India DPDP Act 2023, GDPR where applicable): access, correction, deletion, grievance redressal. Email pratiksdhabarde@gmail.com with subject “Privacy request” and I will respond personally.
